As an Estacada native, I have to say that after visiting a close friend who has recently moved into this new complex, I am quite impressed with the design and amenities he is afforded here! Spacious and well-insulated, close to businesses yet with a tucked-away ambiance; I'm very jealous of the large and modern kitchen, as well as the high ceilings and private balcony! It's a far cry from the other local apartments on offer, and an absolute palace when compared to anything that was available out here when I was growing up! 10/10! It is our hope that more housing of this nature is prioritized by our elected public servants and investors alike..

Nice apartments, but priced high for Estacada! A lot of riff raff live there amongst the good families!

I had been emailing the manager Haley the day before asking for info she was real pushy about paying $48.50 for the application I wanted to view the apartment first the next day I emailed her and told her that I was on my way to view the apartment she said that was fine I drove 40 minutes just for her to email me 10 minutes before getting there that she had to Leave I emailed her to let her know that I was almost there then for her to tell me in an email that I had to make an appointment , just not a good experience.
