I only been there for a little while and by the time I notice it was to late this Company will trick you into a contract they you will spend more money than you will have to. One of the things I notice they will take a long time to fix anything at the unit your staying at. You will have to pay pest control services out your pocket so they don't have to pay it, let me show these, am pretty sure they want every electronically, so they can change anything on that contract online They want if you want to speak to the building owner, you're not ever going to speak to him, because they know you'll tell the truth, how they run things around a property. Worst experience I've ever encountered with property management. Company has poor upkeep in properties and will blame it on the renter. For more than half my lease(which was only a year) I didn't have an operational stove/oven, the home had major electrical issues, and I'd be reminisced to point out I didn't have air conditioning for weeks during the middle of a heat wave. The worst incident I faced was the home had a serious rodent issue that I both called and emailed notifying management. I contacted an exterminator and provided their recommendations because as a renter the issue would need to be addressed by the company. And if you guessed it, this concern also went unaddressed. Renter Beware. This company is very dishonest and a complete disgrace. They filed fraudulent claims a year and a half ago. This company never contacted me about such claims because they knew they were false. I rented a house from them which already had stained carpets and the floors were rotted which they covered with cheap vinyl. Made them aware and they did nothing. I paid a $500 pet deposit for a house on Blue Angel Pkwy and hurricane Sally blew the fence down. It took 3 months for them to repair the fence. After living in the home fo almost 3 years I decided to buy a home. After a year and a half later I was contacted by a collection agency saying that I owed $2900 for new carpet, repainting and light bulbs. I am posting this review as a former tenant of one of the properties, managed by this agency. Tenants , be super aware! Read your lease agreement with them and make sure you drill them on all the items on it. I rented many-many times and never had any issues, but this one time, where half of our security deposit was withheld for ridiculous items: changing the dead bulbs, supposedly deep cleaning, replacing blinds, and painting jobs for the items that were there way before us. It just happened that we moved in in a rush and did not even think that we can actually demand the management to make sure the house is amazingly clean and the grass is cut.
