If you love your elderly family members, look else where. They are inattentive to the residents to a point where it can be near death. From on my own personal experience, my grandfather was attacked and left injured in the stairway nearly deceased. Thank goodness my family was able to locate and contact the paramedic to seek aid. There are other viable options for your love ones that's are cost efficient.

If you love your elderly family DO NOT put them in this place!!!! Our grandpa was assulted and left bloody in the hallway. We asked facility to do a welfare check which they said they would but never did.. Hours later family did a search and found him bloody and unresponsive in the hallway!! Facility has NO CAMERAS and are not giving us information to help with investigation. A Active community is supposed to be a place where elderly can live on their own with care and support. There is no care or support at the facility!!!

This establishment has failed to uphold the essential standards of safety and security, leaving residents vulnerable and lacking peace of mind. Of particular concern are the insufficient security measures and ineffective response to emergencies. Staff members either reacted slowly or failed to adhere to proper protocols, resulting in dire consequences for my grandfather, who urgently required medical assistance. Despite our plea for help in locating him, the property manager assured us they had conducted a thorough search within the building. However, we discovered him severely injured and fighting for his life in the emergency exit stairwell, where he had been stranded for hours without aid. This place literally needs to be shut down and tore down. A family friend of mine’s grandfather was found injured on the staircase and nobody did a welfare check even though they told the family that they did. Do not bring your loved ones to this facility at all. The whole front office needs to be charged.
