Vulcan Review Hi, I’ve been a resident at Vulcan properties for 2 years now. It used to be owned by somebody else when I first moved in, then Vulcan shortly bought the property. They have been extremely disappointing since then. First off, when they took over the building, not only did they raise rent, but they made us pay for all utilities (water, electric, internet) which had all been included in the rent before (which was also cheaper!). They will hide hidden fees and charges to squeeze every penny out of you. Next, the customer service is ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL. I repeat the customer service is AWFUL. One spring, my unit’s AC went out and I promptly submitted a work order. No response. I contacted the office personally multiple times to beg my case. They finally heard me and said they w
