Vue22 Apartments East Side Building

I'm currently living at Vue 22 due to the fact that I have a one-year contract with him.The price for an apartment is 1936, but every month, not including communal services, we get 2300-2330, and when asked why more is coming out than we were told, they replied that this includes utilities, but we pay for utilities separately every month.The service is very poor.Our washing machine broke down and we waited a little over two weeks for it to be fixed.Thin walls .Our upstairs neighbor turns on the music at full volume even at 12 a.m. and we told the service about it and they said they would solve this problem and warn this person, but this person is still making noise and has not let us sleep for 4 months.I don't recommend living here at all, it's terrible.

Move in if you feel like waking up to fire alarms in the middle of the night at least once a month. This is ridiculous.

Do not live here if you have other choices. Messy management, high charge, reserved elevator but didn’t work at all. They don’t care about about you. The elevator can be out of work anytime.

Top floors are too hot in the summer.
