Vue West

Just signed my Lease renewal offer with Vue west. I’ve been living here for about 10 months now. It’s a great place to live!! My 1 bed apartment is great.. This place has great amenities to offer. The pool is open late and has easy access to everything if you live here. Staff at the front desk is very professional and helpful always making sure your questions are answered and making it a great place to live at!! Building is clean and maintained well at all times.

I have lived at West for about five months now and it has been an excellent experience. The staff is wonderful, and the least signing process was seamless. Between rent maintenance and even Elevator reservations, communication is excellent with building management. I love living here and it feels like a home. All of my neighbors are sweet and friendly and so are the staff. The area is also clean safe and very walkable 10 out of 10 recommend.

I just moved in and I’m very impressed. Natonga, the head of maintenance, has been incredibly responsive and helpful, and Shelley and Kayla in the front office have been great as well. Everyone has been both pleasant to interact with and highly competent. They’ve helped me locate packages, submitted work orders on my behalf, and gone above and beyond on even minor repairs. Top-tier service, great views, and an outstanding team.

I moved into Vue West just over two years ago. We used to have a different management company and at that time there were ongoing problems with the pool and the hot tub. But in the management’s defense, they did not build the building and it was hard to get right parts for some of the amenities like the pool and the hot tub. The new management company really is going over and above, trying to fix everything (some beyond their control). The maintenance team, especially Natonga gets your maintenance request done practically the same day. I have to say that they have been awesome about organizing monthly events and that helps build community. We have lived here since last 10 months- it is clearly the best apartment in Denver area. Beautiful apartment , reasonably priced, beautifully decorated, and absolutely the best staff. It is always clean . Amenities are better than all other apartments -2 gyms, all weather pool with large hot tub, very large residents room , great lobby and nice coffee! Anand Apt 341
