Vue Tampa Student Housing

Let’s just say the office management is top notch. So damn polite, always wanting to offer solutions. One of the prior roommates living here was “asked to leave”, let’s just say that, and the management was amazing with how they handled the entire situation. SO much drama involved. The only thing that I wish was different was that the apartment sometimes gets fruit flies, whatever, as the summer seasons progress. It’s definitely an older building but you can ABSOLUTELY decorate and change small things to make it more homely. The management is great, I will repeat that until the day I die. If you expect to live here, expect to live with fellow college kids/younger adults. USF is right down the corner so it all would make sense to any logical person that younger people will be around. DONT DO IT! This place is definitely not an option to put your child or student for housing. Theres no option to leave no stars, SADLY they get one. MY VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO! Contacted the office and spoke to Dakota, he was extremely reluctant to help me go through the process of being violated. When he was asked questions about public safety record issues at Vue Tampa South it was not in his interested to show compassion and reply with a response that was appropriate by telling me to contact the local police to find out more information. Apparently he wasn’t obligated to do so even though it’s public record. As a business owner and boss overseeing several staff members and employees he wouldn’t last a minute in the real world under real management. I guess he overlooked the small print

Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on the new management and how it is living at Vue Tampa at the moment (specifically North Vue). The new management is stellar. They really do hear you out and try their absolute best to make sure you’re heard. That being said, hearing is one thing, and actually putting in the work is another. Thankfully, they’ve been doing both. There is now a coffee machine at the clubhouse, regular cleaning of the stairs and hallways outside (they used to smell and look awful), they got a new pool vendor and for the first time in ages you can actually get in the pool. The elevator works all the time now, when it wouldn’t work for half the week every week. They also hold weekly events and activities, when there were none before the past few months. I’ve also seen

I’ve had a pretty good experience with Vue. It’s a good price for everything being furnished as well as in unit laundry, gym and a pool. We’ve had some issues with roaches but management has been good about responding to requests for pest control. There’s been a couple maintenance issues but that comes with every apartment. It really depends on your roommates and how clean everybody is. The people on my floor are chill and the general area feels safe where I can walk my dog at night. I like that I have my own space and bathroom. The key thing is to keep up with your space and make sure you and your roommates are cleaning up because that’s where most of problems with bugs start. I had a tour with Taylor and she was so polite and fun to talk to! I have never had an application process go so easy and I would definitely recommend looking into the Vue. As an international student I came with a lot of questions and worries about the process but it was genuinely so easy and Taylor was very reassuring. I didn’t get the chance to chat with the other staff much but I heard nothing but good things.
