Vue at Baymeadows Apartment Homes

I am incredibly disappointed with this apartment complex. I moved in last September and was excited to live here. The management was very friendly and happy to sign my girlfriend and I up for our apartment and the price sounded right, so I thought. During the move in process I believed that everything transferred smoothly for internet and utilities but wow was I wrong. I had gone months paying my JEA bill under the impression that I was paying for my new address when suddenly my rent increases $300 on Christmas for utilities. I was confused when this happened and spent weeks talking to management trying to get this resolved. I was given empty promises and the classic runaround.Told that prices would be corrected or removed but I would end up seeing no change or having to pay anyway. Finall

I had one of the best experience with the ladies Percy and Corzette! I went in to apply for an apartment and explained that I'm not real great using the internet. And Corzette took her time helping me with that. She is truly an amazing person. Patient,kind, took her time explaining everything to me. I can't say enough about her and Percy! I give them a 10 + 10. Thank you both for all your help and I am so excited to be calling the Vue my new home. Thank You again ladies, Dianne Short

I just want to say I’m impressed with this complex and the property manager Cozette made the applying process very easy and smooth. Not just that when I got approved the move in was a smooth transition. Thank you so much for your help the entire way. I highly recommend.

Overall process was smooth and easy to navigate, especially since I was having to do it remotely and sight unseen. The apartments are nice, clean, and fairly modern (1990s I believe). Even though there was an issue with replacing the flooring the same time I was moving in, it was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

I lived here for 2 years and i loved these apartments. Cozette, Anja, Ari, Persy, and Ashley are all beautiful and amazing front office staff. Anytime I had an issue with the apartment they were kind and they made me feel heard. I am very grateful for all there hard work and for every event they made. The maintenance team Carlos, Pablo, Michael, and Miguel are all fantastic and get the job done quickly and efficiently. They are very genuine men who take pride in there work and I am very grateful for all of them. Thank you Vue at baymeadows for offering me a home with great experiences and lovely staff.
