Vue at 3rd

Wow! I hadn’t been to the Vue in years, and it has changed so much. The place smells great, there’s music playing in the hallways, and they now have fob key entry at the front door. Both elevators are working, and the rooftop is very nice and clean. I’m not sure who the new manager is, but the residents say he’s awesome and really making positive changes. The office staff were also great—good job!

The staff works very hard and operates an old building, which they do with a smile while things are fixed, which is not an easy task. But these folks are fantastic. Mr. Bradley, Ms. Trey, Ms. Cassidy, everyone in the office is so kind, friendly, & professional. The maintenance staff works very hard & is also kind & professional. The community is all very friendly & diverse. I feel like I meet so many different people every day. My favorite things are the amazing view & the perfect location. It's easy to get just about anywhere without having to drive too far. The amenities are pictured. There's even a little room on the top floor in case you want to host a small party.

I went to go look at an apartment, I was thinking about moving there by the pictures online. That is BEYOND false advertisement! The gym is not what is shown in those photos. The unit they showed me, disgusting. I've never seen a place so dirty or just GROSS. I promise you, everyone owns a Pitbull and they have to moved the people from Dosker manor over there. The people coming and going no way. Talking about a key card entry. What about the residents. THE PICTURES ARE FAKE. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I’ve lived here since February , and my experience has been absolutely terrible. From the moment I moved in, I’ve had ongoing pest control issues that management has completely neglected. I went five months total without any pest control service (including January and last month), which led to a full cockroach infestation throughout my unit — even inside my refrigerator.It took maintenance two months just to fix a leak in my sink, and five months before they finally replaced or fixed the A/C unit in my living room. Every time I email or put in a request, they never respond. I have to go into the office in person just to get the same empty promise that “someone will come out soon.” Nothing ever changes. I'm not going to lie, this place has a lot of problems. But God damn it, I like it. They have been ever increasingly making the place better. It was in pretty bad shape, so they've had their job cut out for them. And everyone needs to remember—The shape that place was in had nothing to do with them. And everything to do with the people living there. Often the very ones complaining about everything. Given all that, I like it. I would recommend it.
