I strongly regret choosing this apartment. Before I moved in, management repainted the unit, and the fumes made it extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy to live in. I had been excited about the window view and even waited two months with window open and Dyson running — while paying rent on an empty unit — hoping the smell would go away. Unfortunately, it never fully cleared. When I finally asked if I could switch to a similar unit, management responded with rude and unhelpful behavior, essentially telling me my only option was to break the lease and pay two additional months of rent. No flexibility, no empathy, and no concern for tenant health or satisfaction. The guy called Matt Arellano from leasing office talked with me is rude and knocking the desk. I wanted to wait until I lived here a few months before posting my honest review. We've been enjoying our tenancy here, my boyfriend and doggo moved here in December. We received pretty great concessions due to moving in the winter, which was extremely helpful since our move was not planned and we signed the lease 5 days after learning we needed to evacuate our apartment of 12 years. Sativa was great conducting the tour and answering any questions that we had, it felt like a whirlwind given the timeline and learning the new apps, portals, pet screening etc, but she was very patient answering all our questions and making the transition as seamless as possible. I’m very grateful to the entire leasing office team for their support throughout the whole process, from touring the apartment, to signing the lease, to move‑in. I especially want to highlight Shannon for her amazing attitude and the patience she showed while answering all our questions. Her helpfulness truly made our decision easy and gave us confidence to move forward. There was also a point where we needed clarification from upper management regarding a lease‑term change, and Sattiva stepped in and helped ensure we got exactly what we needed. Overall, it has been a great experience for us, and we’re looking forward to our stay here over the next year!

Stopped by while apartment hunting and Shannon was absolutely amazing at helping my wife and I get in quickly. Overall the building is very nice and the lounges have great views. Got an open concept apartment and it definitely feels more upscale. Prices are reasonable for the area!

Sativa is an excellent leasing agent. She gave me a thorough tour of the property, was transparent about the pricing, and was very friendly throughout the visit. She clearly explained the leasing process and made everything easy to understand. She has a great personality, and I really liked the apartment I viewed today.
