VPoint Apartments

The management is attentive to my needs and always responds to me when contacted. The people who live in the community are very kind and respectful. We seem to help each other when necessary. The community is very clean and quiet as well. I love how we are right in the heart of Clarendon, less than a block away from the metro.

Stephany from the leasing office is an absolute dream to work with. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly. She gave us a thorough and informative tour of the building, answering all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. Her warm and welcoming attitude made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. We’re so excited to be moving in, and a big part of that is thanks to Stephany!

I have nothing but good things to say about my overall living experience here at vPoint Apartments, mainly the apartment was built with top quality materials, hence, it is basically noise proof, not having to hear everything your neighbor do is a blessing, the building is modern, very clean and comfortable, the management and mainenance staff are consistent in their stay, meaning you don't have to get used to a new team every year or so. Whenever I request a maintenance service the response seems to always be top priority, and the service is provided within that same day, the appliances are of good quality and don't have to be replaced yearly, case in point: in my 11 years, the only thing that had to be replaced in my unit is the garbage disposal. Moving in was pretty easy. Claudia did an amazing job getting me situated into my new apartment. I’m extremely pleased with the service of the technician’s, Able & Elvis have done a great job making sure that my home was to my standards. Claudia has gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I am so excited and happy to live in this friendly community. Stephany helped me out and was responsive with the service request. I love this community! I also look forward to living here for a long period time.

I have been here a year now, and it’s been very refreshing. Every member of the building staff is friendly and respectful. Claudia at the leasing office, always has a smile on her face. She’s full of good energy, and always greets you. Any issues I had, always was resolved in a timely manner and I always felt heard and taken care of. Stephany the community manager is very lively, and stays on top of things. She’s very easy to talk to and attentive. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, good people and good location.
