Vox on Two Apartments

I lived here for three years and had such a positive experience it was under consideration when I moved back in the area again. At the time it was the only open residential building along Acorn Park, so while the route 2 traffic was busy (a friend referred to pulling in like landing on an aircraft carrier) the back entrance was very quiet. The units were well laid out spaces, attentive maintenance, the high quality finishes, and the people, neighbors and staff alike were kind and courteous. If I was looking again I would consider Vox on Two. I only moved when the price was no longer negotiable and some concerns individual to my unit were not addressed.

Well I've been at Vox for almost 7 years, so pretty well qualified to write a review! First off, Felipe is kind, patient and polite. Give him a raise immediately, he has the patience of a saint. The complex is generally quiet, clean and well-kept. The common areas are holding up well and the gym space is very good considering it's quite heavily used. The kitchen appliances are quite good, they don't last super long but they do the job. If you live on the top floor it will get hot in summer so you'll need to use the AC a lot, but then in winter it's comparatively warm. The building is right on the highway but if you're in the back of the complex you don't hear much road noise at all. My main complaint is with maintenance, they will try to do short term fixes to avoid having to replace thing

I've been living at Vox on Two for the past two years and have truly loved my experience here. The location offers the perfect blend of urban convenience and natural beauty as this place is close to some of the best nature trails in the city, yet with easy access to public transportation options like the T, buses, and Bluebikes. One of the standout aspects of living here has been the exceptional maintenance service from Jim, who consistently goes above and beyond. He is incredibly dedicated, responsive, and methodical in his work. Every time we’ve needed help with anything, Jim has been there quickly and has solved issues with great care and attention to detail. Absolutely great experience living here. Felipe is one of the nicest and most helpful people! He goes above and beyond to help and provide the latest information. Far as the location itself is concerned, the property is a little bit of a walk to the Alewife station (about 12 mins), but we do have a shuttle service to get us to the station. The site is clean, well managed and the units are great too! Overall, I would highly recommend.

I've lived here for four years and have really loved my time here! It's pricey of course, but I think the amenities and service really do factor in and make it worth it. Everyone in the leasing office is incredibly friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always a breeze! One year, I woke up to a dead water heater the morning after Thanksgiving. I called the emergency line and they had someone come by within a couple hours to take a look and shut off the gas for it. The earliest they could get a new one installed was Monday, so they gave me access to an unoccupied unit to shower, which was really fantastic of them! Then the new one was installed in a timely manner on Monday and had zero hiccups. That's not service you can get just anywhere, which is why I recommend Vox to anyone who's look
