Vox Miami

I reached out to Vox’s leasing office as a panicked mom trying to secure housing for my son and his friends. The team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Brendan went above and beyond, guiding me through every step with patience and superior communication. Our boys are lucky to have an incredible place to live next year!

The apartment was nice, but the staff left much to be desired. A move out bill was due, but as the guarantor, I did not receive the bill. It was sent by email, but I did not receive it. I did not get a phone call or follow up email. Just a letter from a debt collector. This is absolutely absurd. I would not recommend VOX

Move-in day was great and the front desk staff, especially Simone, were super friendly and helpful! The amenities of the Vox are superior, and the complex is clean and secure.

For phase II: Paying way too much for nothing. Gym is very small and always busy with a machine broke. Maintenance requests take over a week to fill. Elevators are often broken and nobody cares to fix them. Elevators have had vomit, beer cans, underwear, clothes, etc in them and are not consistently cleaned. There was a fire on the 10th floor, completely flooded the floor and most of the building smelled like mildew and a dog pound for weeks afterwards. Very few common spaces to do homework, hallways are very loud and the walls are extremely thin. Weird cement ceilings with spray paint marking on it, makes it seem like a rush job. Residents are very hostile and racist, my Mexican friend was given very dirty looks upon move in by residents and asked “do you even live here”. Nice people work

My visit to VOX was a great experience! Everything went perfectly, and the security guard was very attentive and friendly. He made the whole visit easy and enjoyable.
