Ariana made my move in process very smooth! Overall, the property is clean, modern and the amenities are a big plus. The leasing office and management team have been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. They genuinely try to support residents. The only minor issues I’ve experienced have been related more to other residents than the property itself, but management has done their best to help when needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend Volta!

I’ve been living at Volta Apartments for over a year now, and I absolutely love the staff! Karen, the Property Manager, is amazing. She has truly been there for me during tough times and helped me set up a plan to get back on track. Lisa, the Assistant Property Manager, has such a positive spirit. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns and always follows through with action. Ariana, the Leasing Agent, is always responsive to my calls and questions. She promptly submits work orders when needed and makes sure everything is handled in a timely manner. The entire team is incredible, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home!

After leaving a negative review (which is something I very rarely do), I was contacted almost immediately. Unfortunately, the response I received raised even more concerns about how this property handles applications and communication. The property initially stated they had no record of my application. However, the screening company informed me that the community had been notified of my application on March 2nd, which was a full week before I left my review. During that time, I received no follow-up, and the apartment I originally selected was rented to someone else. I was then told they would try to find another option that could work for my needs, which ideally should have been addressed when my application was first submitted. A special shout-out to Carlos, on the maintenance team! Who assisted us incredibly fast and efficiently. He was extremely knowledgeable about the apartment’s structure and how everything works together. Carlos also gave us a detailed introduction to the appliances, making it super easy for us. We put in a request, and he was there in no time. Thank you so much, Carlos! His energy, passion, and charisma is admirable! If there’s any chance, he truly deserves a raise for his outstanding service!

We love Volta! Beautiful complex with fantastic amenities. The new management group has been great to work with! Very responsive to our needs!
