STAY AWAY!!!! I used to live there the place was always cold they would never clean the driveway always full of snow, people never pick up they dog poop from the front, and they never wanna be responsible for fixing something you send an email and they take 2 weeks to respond to it, they STOLE my deposit as well, I had previously written a review and they deleted it.

Pretty nice brand new apartment but there are a lot of flaws. We just moved in on the 20th and I put a maintenance request in, in the 21st because the door to the garage is very hard to open like it takes a lot of force to push it open, as well our brand new shower takes forever to drain. They build so many apartments but don’t have the staff to maintain them because it takes 2+ weeks to get this stuff fixed. The bathrooms don’t come with a useful towel bar, you can hear everything from the people upstairs, the dumpsters way back out of the way of the complex makes no sense, no lights in the living room and no grass in the backyard. I can keep going with all the poor features of the apartment but that’s just highlighting the issues we have ran into. Starting to live here makes me regret it

I love my apartment but since people moved in upstairs it is very loud. For the money we pay you would think it would be better soundproofing. Otherwise it is a really nice apartment.
