VLux at Peoria Heights

I've lived at VLux Peoria Heights for nearly three years. It has been a pleasant, quiet community. The homes are comfortable and I always feel safe. It is a little pricey, but seems to be consistent with pricing across the valley.

When visiting the complex while apartment shopping, I was greeted with very friendly staff. Brianna gave a great tour and was very knowledgeable about the complex and was able to answer all of my questions. On top of that, the property is beautiful and everyone has their own personal backyard.

Tyler and Brianna did a great job at welcoming me to the property! I have to give a huge thank you to Tyler for working with me on a Sunday last minute to get everything ready for a move the next day on Monday. The communication even when they are busy has been great. I appreciate Tyler so much for being available and helping me get in so quickly during a holiday week and making me feel welcomed. Huge kiddos and appreciation!

I don’t know how much they’re paying Tyler in the office here but it’s not enough, this guy is TOP NOTCH. This team goes above and beyond making sure their residents are comfortable and happy. Couldn’t recommend VLux enough, great place to live for all walks of life.

Moving to Vlux is the best decision I made. I love this property and I feel so safe and at peace here. Everyone in the leasing office has been so helpful and amazing attending to all my needs.
