The Property Manager, Bruce B., is a kind and considerate professional, who will answer all questions honestly and thoroughly. Ms. Tasha, the Regional Manager, is an amazing and kind hearted professional who makes residents feel welcomed and cared for. Ms. Tasha has done so much for me in the way of making me feel welcomed beyond anything I have ever experienced as a tenant. Thank you Ms. Tasha for your kind and loving welcome to my new home! Keisha, is the first person you see when you enter the office. Her warm and welcoming smile will automatically feel welcomed and that you are in for an amazing visit in the leasing office. Choose Vivo Living and choose a great living experience!

If I could put more stars I would. Great community with a great gym to workout in, a sitting area outside to chill and grill and also a Garden area. Our property manager and temp Tiffany and Jennifer is wonderful in the leasing office. The Maintenance team also does a wonderful job with any problems. I have stayed here for 8months and just extended my lease for another year at a great price. Highly recommend if you looking for somewhere for a good price!

Worst living experience I've had, and I've been homeless. So first, they randomly added a pet fee to my monthly bill for no reason. I paid it because they didn't get it off my bill before the late date for a late fee. Second, my security deposit of $1200 was never returned to me, and they been avoiding my calls and such, to the point where I have to take them to small claims court to receive my money. Do NOT rent here. I promise, sleeping in your car and using a gym to shower for like 1-2 weeks beats living here.

The Maintenance man Mr.Guy Madlock is amazing had my apt so clean and neat.Professional in all aspects of what he does at Vivo Living.He is an awesome person Also the leasing agents Blake and Keisha or phenomenal. They pay attention and very informative on the leasing aspects of Vivo living, explaining all the aspects that they need to to guide you on a great way to live in this Vivo living. They have been instrumental in securing me save beautiful housing. They’re great thank you Mary Grace Also Bill,Tony are phenomenal also .

I've been moved in for almoat 3 weeks now and absolutely love it here. Everything is in walking distance, I have super kind neighbors, the amenities are nice as well! The mail and laundry and basically right next door! Also would like to mention Miss Sabrina and Miss Cassandra, they have been a huge help in the whole process and have been great with handling all my concerns. Any issues I've had they were happy to help me with. Really thankful to have made a home here and a huge thanks to these amazing ladies for helping me out. This is my first apartment I've rented on my own and they made it a breeze for me to get settled in, thanks a million. :)
