First off the building went into foreclosure status and they didn’t inform any tenants until after the fact, the front desk staff have extremely bad customer service and Quay likes to go back and forth with long term tenants or paying clients and will hang up the phone on you in mid conversation when presented with a problem pertaining to the apartment, Next they have a extremely bad pest problem I found a big infestation of roaches behind the refrigerator with a huge hole in the wall, Also I found them in the bathroom and in the bed. Which is unacceptable. So if you like to fight off roaches while your sleeping then be my guest, Lastly Shine pay is trash they advertise that they have washers and dryers that come with the apartments but they are always broken and will steal your money and

I being living at Vivo Living for 4 months. So, far I have met the nicest people and the Management team is awesome! DJ DOM always laughing. Even if you are feeling down the smiles from the team is very up lefting. Things gets a lil iffy but nothing goes unnoticed. Please get the elevators fitted 🤔. Oh, yeah what's up with the laundry room 🤔 Vivo Living, Ms. R

Overall a great experience. The services and community activities have been smooth and easy to follow, and Amenify helped a lot by making everything accessible in one place. Definitely made community living easier for me.

This was the worst decision I EVER MADEE. I HATE IT HERE SO MUCH. Everyday I come home and pull in and all I can say “I HATE BEING HERE”. I’ve been bamboozled to live here. My apartment was changed like 5 times before I could move here. The second day in I asked how to break my lease I was told I have to pay the FULL 12 months but I literally couldn’t stay another day. I moved in with a rusty rug that left imprints from the last tenants in my apartment. I was told to buy a rug to put over it. FOR THIS TO BE AN OLD HOTEL WHY WOULD YOU KEEP THE CARPET? WHY NOT PUT TILES BECAUSE WATER GETS IN THE CARPET THAT ATTRACT MORE ROACHES THEN IT ALREADY IS!!! Alsooo sooooooooooooo many times my heat was off like I had to buy a space heater like some nights I just wanted to sleep in my car. The people

It’s a roach motel. Ask fellow residents about their experience here before signing a lease. I’m disgusted and barely feel comfortable eating in my apartment; the roaches were here on move in day. I plan on breaking my lease when I save up enough money. It’s ridiculous.
