I had a very pleasant experience selling my house with Vivid Properties. Their representative, Aaron, was extremely professional and guided me through the entire process, even though the house was in my grandmother's name. I initially thought it would be complicated, but Aaron walked me through each step and made everything clear. I highly recommend Vivid Properties to anyone looking to sell their home. I was so impressed that I even referred a childhood friend, who is now in the process of selling his house with them! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would definitely give them a 10.

It was a relief working Vivid Properties to sell my house. I dealt with Aaron who was honest and upfront from the start and did everything he said he would do all the way through closing. With so many scams going around I would highly recommend going with this company, they are the real deal.

I don’t understand how you buy a house from a family that’s owned by husband and wife and not once speak to both parties . They only spoke to my husband and not once asked to sit and speak with the wife as she signed anything. You don’t know who could have signed any of those papers. Not once did they hear my voice or explain anything to me only communicated with my husband which doesn’t make any sense to me at all.
