I was recommended VIVE realty by a friend and I know when my friend recommended…it means quality! I will be more specific…She recommended Ms Sandra and I am so glad I called her. I called her months in advance of when I needed a home. Very patient, extremely polite, helpful, calm…she takes her time to explain everything. Horrible……. On Sunday 6th July there was a open house at 1901 County Road 152, Alvin, TX 77511, from 11:00 am to 1:00pm , so we drove all the way from Houston we reached there around 12:40pm there was no one there gate of the House was open, so I reached to the listing agent, she stated she might have gone to remove sign she will be back. So we waited there until 1.10 pm she comes in hurry and she takes us to the house and then she pretends to remove the lock she is telling us the lock is not opening……. How can you have an open house and you can’t show me the house. Basically she lied and then she asked me if I have a realtor (3times) and she rushed ….. turn on the car and left (fled) it looked like she was in hurry ……. She did not even closed the seller gate and locked the main entrance ,
