I lived at Viva for four years, and it truly felt like home. The office staff were always kind, approachable, and understanding, which made a big difference. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it was handled quickly, usually within 24 hours. I really appreciate the care and effort the team puts into making residents feel supported. Thank you for all that you do, it did not go unnoticed.

I just took a tour this afternoon by Jose, and I must say the staff really puts the luxury in viva luxury apartments. Jose did such a wonderful job with the tour, and helped me with a lot of my questions. The model was gorgeous and surprisingly spacious for an apartment. I had a chance to speak the manager Kat, she was professional and made me feel welcomed here in the community. Looking forward to living here.

I wasn’t planning on renewing my lease this year because I felt it might be time to move on. But I noticed the property has been improving, they put up Christmas lights now and added little touches that make the place feel warmer and more inviting. Now it truly feels more like home, and I’m happy to call this place my home for another year. Keep it up, guys! Shout-out to Sam for doing an amazing job, he’s someone you can really rely on when it comes to fixing things and making sure everything gets done properly.

Viva is a an alright complex as a whole. It’s true saving grace is José. He’s such an excellent manager. He’s always helpful, maintains a great attitude, and responds very quickly to any requests or concerns. It truly makes a difference having someone so reliable and positive on site.
