Viva at Palm Coast Apartments

We moved in a week ago. Its beautiful here. They keep everything spotless. My only complaint is they close the pool and jacuzzi at dusk. I wish they were open until 9pm. Its not like anyone is loud.

I would like to give special thanks to a few people, we moved into Viva a couple of weeks ago and have had a great experience with Diana who helped us with the application process through the date we picked up our keys. She has been a great help and has been such a terrific support system for my husband and me. On days Diana was at a different property Ginger stepped in and was a godsend!! I would also like to thank the maintenance person, Lavel! Lavel is so on top of any and all maintenance issues with professionalism and curtesy, we appreciate him more than words can say. We are loving our home at Viva of Palm Coast!!

Shalonda, the on-site manager at Viva Palm Coast, cost me over $200 and left my daughter and me without housing through negligent and deceptive business practices. What happened: I was provided a quote for an available unit. Based on Shalonda's direct assurances that any issues would be resolved, I canceled my application at another property (losing my $150 application fee). I had been trying to sell my home in Palm Coast, Florida for almost a year, and with just a few weeks shy of that year, we closed on our house. I had nothing but time to research every apartment and living situation available in our city and I sure did check into every option. I wasn’t prepared to be in a house again, even as a home renter, the cleaning and maintenance of living in a home is more daunting. Shalonda is an absolute angel. She is wonderful, very personable and very kind. I have been searching for an apartment for a year that would best suit my family and we even came back for second tour to ease our worries and she was so helpful and wonderful, I really hope to live here soon!
