Don’t move here. They falsely advertise a secure locker/package system in which the door doesn’t close all the way and the room is super unorganized. They have the worst package system (see photos below, this is on a DECENT day). You pretty much have to find your package on your shelf floor (there’s two buildings and it’s hardly ever organized) Not only that, if you receive a package from Amazon prime during off hours (when leasing office is closed, which is common), they take no responsibility in the fact that the carriers have no access to the inside of the building or package room. Someone had a party in the common area and though I’ve asked to see footage of the common area to see where my package went (Amazon sent evidence of delivery to front door they couldn’t access), they wouldn’

I've happily called Vista Wilde Lake home for almost four years now, and I can genuinely say it's a fantastic place to live! The environment here is wonderful, and the staff is absolutely excellent. Any time I've needed a repair, it's been addressed quickly and with a smile. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend renting here because my dishwasher has been broken for MONTHS now and I just kept getting told " still waiting for corporate to approve, nothing we can do sorry." A true luxury apt would not provide poor customer service like this and repairs would be done properly and timely. This property had a fire about a year ago and I think they are trying to recover their profit losses still and are delaying expenses.

I am very delighted to give a thumps up for the extraordinary and excellent job done by the managerial team, maintenance team and the leasing team. They have gone above and beyond in handling our concerns, maintenance issues and leasing matters. Well done and more grace to your elbow. The apartment is the still the greatest and these team is the best.
