Vista Villas Luxury Apartments

A very beautiful place to live indeed. But when it comes to maintenance and functionality, it becomes a worst living experience. It might be the new manager. The swimming pool has not been opened all seasons, no guest parking for even 3 hours. It took them 1 month to fix the shower after complaint. The lock was fixed after 1 week, she won't take any responsibility for any mishap. The front window mirror hasn't been replaced yet. Moreover, my guest parked his car for 1 hour in unused parking space. She got it towed just for her commissions. The towing company told us about her commission that she gets on getting any vehicle towed. It gets embarrassing to live in a beautiful place but no cooperation from managers. Ive lived here going on 4 months now. It is such a good experience. Safe environment gated, alarm security at no extra charge. And well lit up at night. I absolutely love it. The apartments inside are beautiful too, always get compliments when i have guest. And on top of it we just revieved Patio sets at no extra charge that are super cute! The manager Jessica is awesome, shes as at all times accessible at anytime i feel comfortable calling her company cell phone at any time for any concerns or questions i may have. Highly recommended to anyone interested in leasing here. :)

I just signed a 12 month lease on a two bedroom upstairs until at this complex. The units are beautiful with brand new appliances and beautiful cabinetry in the kitchen. Rooms are a spacious and airy design. Huge closets in each room. Each unit has an alarm and complex it gated. Jessica, he property manager of this complex was extremely professional and got our application processed really quickly knowing i was in town with limited time. I can say enough positive things about the service, she went above and beyond to get the lease prepared for signing the next day.

Unfortunately, my experience at Vista Villas has not been so great. PROS: The community is gated and well-lit at night so I do feel safe. The appliances are all updated as well so that is nice. CONS: KRC Management is terrible. When I first moved in, it was a headache trying to get in contact with the property manager (who has since either been fired or quit, i don't know.) because she was NEVER in the office when she needed to be. Now, Vista Villas residents are paying rent at the Sycamore Heights apartments across the street since we don't have an on-site property manager. Also, rent payment has to be in the form of a money order! It's 2020 and we still aren't able to pay rent online?? Not worth it. These apartments are a hidden gem. The apartments are spacious, updated, well kept, private patio and the area is pretty quiet. In addition, the manager Jessica is very friendly, she goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met!
