Vista village Manager will charge you for things that AREN'T broken and make no effort to fix the problem nor CHECK when brought up and PROVEN TOO. They aren’t strict on who lives here and can NAME PLENTY stories ( not kid friendly ) Washers work when they want too and showers take FOREVER to get hot. If you’re looking for a place, Centurion Pearl is the way to go, you won’t regret it like this place.

First I want to say thank you to Ms. Amber in the office, who took my list of things that needed to be done in my apartment with no problem and assured me that everything would get done as soon as possible. Great attitude and very understanding!!!!! I love where i live🤗 Mr. CESAR M, from maintenance came to my home yesterday with an Amazing attitude and took care of everything that needed to be fixed. He made sure to ask me if there was anything else i needed and then assured me that my patio's door ( the wheel) would have to be ordered. He took his time and did not rush to get the job done. He made my day and didnt make me feel like i was bothering him.This man truly deserves a promotion of some kind, because he represents this company well!!! I love where i live!!!!! Thank you. MR. Amber is amazing! She does her best to help tenants and always in such a lovely mood! She help me settle a confusion just recently and make it work for me to be able to have my event this coming weekend!

I had a wonderful experience with Marcela. She was nothing but nice, kind, and respectful in all of our interactions. Marcela went out of her way to make sure that I felt comfortable and informed, always taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made a big difference, and I truly appreciated how attentive she was. Marcela’s helpfulness and dedication to providing top-notch service stood out, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Have lived her for about a year and it has been a good experience. Marcela in the office is super easy to work with, she knows me by name and is extremely helpful with the few issues I have had. She makes sure I am satisfied and don't have any concerns that are not being addressed. My maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the grounds are really nice, especially for living in the desert! Would definitely recommend renting here.
