Vista Villa Apartments

I don't like being threatened because I leave a review about my experience. I fear no man ,do what you have to do to me .I am ok ..yes you should pay for stuff even if they rigged it up to fall apart or paint over damage ,that's been there for years , decades even, because you signed the lease it falls on you .then paint over it to scam the next.you can tell over time the half job .I pray they fix everything up to health department standards.folks pay rent and they deserve better.the water should not always be an issue, especially after paying rent ,like clockwork,over pile of dust,ac controlled or need to be fixed all the time, sweating your clothes out type hot , wash room always broken ,ac leaking in the restroom,tub peeling from poor job,chair to keep icebox closed ,food turn to ice

Vista Villa is an excellent community. It has friendly and respectful residents, as well as a clean and well-maintained environment. The facilities are functional and comfortable, making daily life more convenient. The location is very convenient, with easy access to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. Overall, it is a pleasant and safe place to live.

If you're planning to move here just know that when you leave they won't give you your deposit back. My mom is a custodian so we made sure to leave EVERYTHING clean even going above and beyond to buying stove drip pans yet the maintenance people threw them away and "replaced" them just to charge me 25 dollars. They're quick to want to give you fees for everything but it's been 8 months and I still don't have my deposit back . Martha keeps saying it's not up to her its up to insurance company but they say otherwise. If only I knew I wouldn't have rented there.

I love living here! Leasing agent Yvette made my process so smooth and was very communicative every single step of the way. In the past properties ive lived the staff was very rude and didnt care to answer my questions. But here i felt like she actually took the time and listened to my concerns and went above and beyond. Now im home 🙂

They scam you and lie about admin fee refunded,once process of approval/,denied. They do not refund it,lie to you and hang up. Also lied supposed renovated to but poor work. I dont recommend these apartments.
