I am soon to be former resident of Vista Verde at Coconut Creek, where I lived for over three years. After my experience, I can honestly say I am relieved not to be renewing my lease. During my time here, I observed a steady increase in fees and additional charges, These added expenses felt excessive and financially burdensome. The new cost of gate keys is high, and being required to pay for parking for each vehicle These charges are excessive Future residents should be fully aware of these costs before signing a lease. I've been a long time resident of vista Verde and for the past year since the property manager Lesley, has really made a difference, shes really attentive to residents needs, the property is looking much nicer, and the leasing staff and maintenance also help make sure my apartment is well maintained.

I went on a tour with Martasha! She is so nice and knew a lot about the community. She was so welcoming! I’m strongly considering moving here just because of her!
