Vista Ridge by Toll Brothers

Purchased a home in 2024, and at just 1.5 years old we’ve already had multiple serious issues. Right around the one-year mark we dealt with three leaking sprinkler pipes, HVAC problems, and now a leak in the master bathroom. For a home at this price point, this level of poor workmanship is unacceptable. What’s even more disappointing is that Toll Brothers did not do right by us when these issues came up. The support and accountability simply weren’t there once the initial warranty period passed. This experience has completely turned us off from the brand. Never buying a home from Toll Brothers again, and I would strongly recommend potential buyers think twice before choosing them.

Vista Bridge has 2 model homes (2-story) & across the road in their other section has 2 more model homes (1-story). All 4 are beautiful homes, high end finishes, tall ceilings, open floor plan, modern designs, magazine cover looks. Lots of customization & upgrades. I just wish they were within my budget. Beautiful communities.

Great home and great experience until the end. The grading of this neighborhood is horrible. It's 100% fixable but they don't want to spend the money/time to make it right. It's really unfortunate to love your home and realize how quick & cheap they are when it comes to very fixable land items. I would not recommend based on our current situation. Look for another neighborhood even if it is Toll. This is a local team issue

Updated Review (24 Jul 2025): Toll Brothers completed a surface-level cleanup of the steep backyard slope they created behind my home in Vista Ridge. However, they refused to regrade or expand usable space, despite the fact that the severe slope was never properly disclosed before signing the contract. The area is now covered with hydroseeding to control erosion, but the slope remains unusable and unsafe, and the HOA has refused to take any responsibility — instead expecting homeowners to maintain land that is nearly impossible to access. I raised this concern to both Toll and the HOA, but so far, no permanent or fair solution has been offered. This is disappointing from a builder known for premium homes. A few more hours of grading could have made a big difference, but it seems Toll’s

The owners of this development apparently allow their workers to literally work all night as I was kept awake by construction noise right next door during nighttime hours continuing into the morning. Toll Brothers or their subcontractors have no consideration for neighboring residents of the communities they invade and destroy.
