Vista Ridge Apartments

The management is awesome! We we're super worried about the conditions that we were living in prior to our application process, but management made sure to see our situation for what it was (we were renting from someone who refused to get rid of black mold - and we have a child). They made sure to speed up the process out of concern and we are officially moved in. The community is great and so is the property, it's well maintained and super clean. The neighbors are great, and the apartments are very well kempt. I have no complaints!

LOVE living here! Been here 6+ years and my handicapped equipped apartment is Perfect as I'm now my wheelchair for good. My apartment is a large 2 bdrm and 2 baths (where all the grab bars are in the right place!) and the hallways are nice and wide. Our property manager, Angie, is always available and striving to make things better for all the residents. Thank you, Angie!!! 😘

Since moving in here over a year ago it has not been pressure washed, and is filthy. Garbage dumpster is overflowing weekly. Trash is everywhere. Call the office and 97% of the time no answer, and NO callbacks. Grass is overgrown constantly. Pot holes so big up the drive you have to drive all over to miss them. They raise your rent with nothing to show for it. Our office is closed every day, so no one to talk to. Not happy.

We lost everything due to mold. Had to close up my apartment because my son was passing with cancer. The gutters were not right and the land wasn't sloped right. We lost everything. They moved us into the front apartment. I cleaned everything we owned hoping to salvage it. Nope! That apartment molded to. I was repeatedly told it was because I didn't want to run my AC on 68 or below. My manager tried to help but she worked for them. She did what she could but when you loose everything it is hard. When I left the rent had continued to rise making it nearly impossible for single or elderly people to live there.

Since new management has taken over it has become a wonderful place to live. If there are issues they are taken care of immediately. I can’t say enough good things about Vista Ridge.
