Rest stop out house style. Has enough room for couple truck trailer pull overs. Some outside seating. very pretty area really nice views. Easy on off, but also easy to miss.

I have lived here in these apartments since February 2024, this has been a very nice place for us to live. The apartments are spacious and nice. Melissa, the apartment manager is amazing! Anything that needs to be fixed she sends Hector, the maintenance man, over as soon and possible. Accordingly, both Melissa and Hector are very friendly, compassionate, and all around a great team. I highly recommend these affordable apartments!

Would give negative score. Have lived here almost 5 years. They take years to do simple maintenance requests. The childrens playground has been unusable for years, both due to being broken and having a bike lock on the gate. Someone was shot and killed on the roof of a building. Maintenance has gotten a little better but management has gotten to micromanagement levels of bad. The landlord or property manager melissa believes every lie told by every Karen tenant who has nothing better to do than harass other tenants or even their guests. Management won't even allow you to call the cops in self defense without punishing you for protecting yourself. There is dog poop everywhere. There isn't even an office to go to just a shed with a mailbox. There are coyotes right out back and very recently

I have lived here for three years. My neighbors are wonderful, maintenance is ALWAYS responded to quickly and conveniently, and the management office is honest, kind, helpful, and efficient. I still live here because I like it here. Affordable, honest costs (no "surprise" charges) and its the only apartment I have ever lived in that I am happy to be in. Great place to live.

I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to Melissa. We have lived there for 2 years and enjoyed the last manager and the new manager Melissa. I am handicapped and have to move as I cannot get upstairs anymore but my apartment is huge and I will miss it alot. A few things were never fixed but I know with COVID it was so hard for the staff and playing catch up. The most important thing to me is how they treated me and how they always mean well. They really try hard Again....THANK YOU MELISSA AND TEAM.
