I been here almost two years I pay over $2400 in rent when I moved here I was lied to red flag number one I was told this building do not have low income section eight rental assistance, etc . Upon moving in, I found out that’s a lie if I would have known that I would not have moved in. my first year here was OK, but soon after renewing my lease for the Second year things begin to go downhill the building is always dirty and smells. It’s embarrassing to have company management do not address your issues and I can’t seem to get in touch with corporate. I’m beginning to see roaches in my unit. Someone tried to break into my storage unit that I also pay for My packages are constantly getting stolen they do not respond to your work orders in a timely fashion. This picture is a common experience at vista point. Little kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night and even making fun of me for my race. Live anywhere else tbh

nothing gets done. the slide took months to get fixed, they moved the cameras so they don't point down a hallway, they offer guest wifi as an amenity well that hasn't worked for the last year they changed the password and now they just don't have the guest wifi up.... over all they need to get their act together. (they also tow cars from parking spots when the car has the parking pass so god forbid your car breaks down 2 feet out of a parking space when there are more parking spots then cars)

I wouldn’t recommend living here. Packages constantly go missing and management never takes responsibility or provides solutions. The building stays dirty, and even when you report issues nothing is ever followed up on or taken seriously. Communication is poor and concerns are ignored. This place is definitely not worth the stress

Never lived here before but why does your ad popped up up on a porn site? I mean I don’t want my kids living next door to an apartment where porn is being made and filmed. Who know what else goes on?
