Worst company. Don’t rent from them. I was renting an apartment downtown and my heat was out for three months in the middle of winter. They did not fix it and provided me a mini space heater that kept throwing my breaker out. I would be taking a shower and had to get out to go outside in the snow to the back yard to flip my breaker back on. I kept letting the management company know what was going on and they didn’t care. I also moved into a filthy apartment that had carpet that smelled like cat pee, and they tried to blame me for it. Once I moved out, they only gave me back $600 when I paid a $1300 deposit and was supposed to get a $600 credit as well. OH and one time I called the front office to check on a work order because I have a dog and was just curious of the time frame.. and they

I was set to move into my new apartment, approved and waiting on my service animal paperwork to come from my doctor and they rented my unit out from under me. I had 6 days until I moved in... now I'm starting from the bottom and don't know where I will move. Their employee Jill White verbally attacked me and tried to gas light me and said some terribly rude things to me. I had to drive into the office to even talk with the manager and Jill was saying I never confirmed but I have documented replies that I did confirm and they even said we were good to go... and 6 days before I am expected to move they rented the unit. This entire experience has been so terrible. When I asked for an explanation of why they tried to tell me I didn't confirm but

I absolutely love this rental agency and everyone that is a part of it 🩷 we have lived here 7 years and just signed another year happily 😊 they are always quick with response to help with anything we have ever needed we live in an older house so it has had some things that need replaced but I am obsessed with this house it’s got great vibes obsessed with the yard obsessed with location loooove all our neighbors 🥰🥰 the only reason we’d move is to buy our own since our family has grown but in this economy i couldn’t say when that will happen even tho we’ve lived in area our whole lives 😩 but the way this rental agency treats us I am not complaining or worried I love love love everyone they have ever sent for maintenance ect we have always been able to connect with everyone and feel comfortab

I am glad I rented with Vista for a year at my Post Falls apartment. I really appreciate that they gave me a chance, with perfect rental history but not so perfect credit. I showed that they made a good decision trusting me as I always paid my rent early, was a very quiet tenant, and kept my home nice and clean. I had read some of the mixed reviews, but now I know that they go by the individual tenant's behavior, as they happily gave me my deposit refund and treated me very well. If you are a good tenant, then I would recommend renting through Vista management, definitely. I like them and will always appreciate them. :-) M.A.

We have been renting from Vista Management for more than 3 years now. We have always found them to be polite and helpful. They are professional and take their job very seriously — annual inspections, follow-up letters, rules to be followed — but as we take good care of the house we rent and pay our bills, we have never had any issues.
