Vista Lake Ned

I came up here to get relief from soaring apartment complex pricing and found myself emersed in nature, serene sunsets, children playing everywhere in peace and love. No frustrations of a big City like Miami that I left behind and I got in touch with my love of nature and the creatures that surround us here, at a peaceful, safe idillic lifestyle. If your assets are flowing out of your pockets come and explore if Winter Haven is right for you. I have lived at Vista Lake Ned for 5 years. Maintenance has always been top notch, with any issues I had fixed within a day or 2 depending on severity. Office staff had always friendly and helpful. Property is well maintained, with a great location to stores, Legoland and near highway 27. Garages are available for a reasonable rate and my breezeway was full of great neighbors. Roomy and reasonably priced apartments with outdoor storage, this has been a great place to live.

This has been my favorite place to live and Heather as well as the front desk and maintenance team really do make it feel like home. No matter your problem big or small the staff always makes sure you are taken care of. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. This is my second year and just signed for my third. Thank you so much to heather and the staff for going above and beyond for everything they do. Your hard work is appreciated

Do not move here! They will steal your money!! We paid a $1600 deposit when we moved in and the apartment was not appealing. I wish I took so many more photos but there was black mold all over the windows in the bathroom and behind the wall of the shower! There was a German roach that was squashed in between the door of the laundry room and our master bedroom lights were broken and would stay on even after turning off the switch. I had put in a request for maintenance to fix these items and they never came and completed out the ticket. Fast forward to moving out a year later and (this was my fault) we let them know 30 days in advance we were not renewing our lease but in the contract it says they will take your deposit if you don’t tell them 60 days ahead. I toured this apartment community with Yadir and had a pleasant experience. He was welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain the units and amenities in detail. The property was clean and well kept, and the tour went smoothly overall.
