Vista Lago Apartments

Vista Lago is a beautiful home place, all their staff is very friendly and are always giving a great service to find solutions for all the different needs. The lakes in the place give so much calm and it’s great to relaxing during all the day, love to walk around and enjoy the facilities that they have. It’s well located, feel so happy to have the chance to be here. Thanks a lot for everything you’re very appreciated !

Buildings are nasty, residents are nastier and walls are super thin. I wish residents and complex would do a better job of keeping the community clean. In addition, tiny ants and insects are getting inside the apartment due to improper floor caulking. Residents don’t care about the rules and complex does not enforce rules. Pool closes at 7pm. However, pool parties begin at 8pm and ends after midnight every weekend. Gym has children playing on the equipment while parents sit and watch just to be inside with ac. My tolerance and patience with this community is almost depleted!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Where to begin. The rent has so many added fees. I pay for trash 2 separate times and all the water add ons. I have to pay for them to process my rent too. It’s insane. So my 2600 rent adds to 3000 in fees. Walls are paper thin and the it’s so cheaply built that we all have roaches in the apartments since they go through the subpar weather strip and shared walls. Late night pool parties and disrespectful kids allowed to run wild. Stolen packages with office staff “unable” to do anything to help. The pool is always freezing cold, they use to have it heated years ago and should again!!(esp for 3k a month) They cut costs everywhere and it shows. I really enjoyed my time at Vista Lago. My main concern was other tenants leaving trash outside the compactor and in the “no dumping” zone instead of simply placing it inside the trash compactor door. It’s mostly a lack of respect from residents, though management could consider adding more cameras and issuing fines to help keep the area cleaner. I lived in a first-floor unit and did experience about three separate issues with the lift station that affected the toilets and sewage. During those times, I couldn’t use my toilet and had to be cautious about possible overflow — definitely inconvenient, but maintenance and management handled it as best they could. It has been Nice living here we have a great view from our patio. I just wish the rent was a little bit lower cause it’s a little expensive there’s too much add-ons to the rent so every month it’s higher that’s the only downfall living here. I’ve never lived in a place where they had so much add-ons to the rent. It was always a flat rate.
