Vista Imperio Apartments

I honestly feel very lucky to have Maria as the community manager. She treats residents with respect and kindness, and you can tell she really cares about people, not just about the job. She helped me a lot with my lease process and made sure I had all the documents I needed, which was very important for me. Every time I reached out, she replied quickly and made things simple for me. That level of personal care is hard to find, and I truly appreciate her for making the experience stress-free and positive.

I recently moved out of Vista Imperio Apartments, and unfortunately, my experience during the move-out process has been extremely concerning. Although I had cleared out most of my belongings about two weeks ago, I am still the legal tenant through October 12. I have not turned in my keys, and I paid rent through that period. I was still in the process of cleaning the unit before fully handing it back. a few days ago, I discovered that someone else had been inside the apartment without my knowledge. The following day A mattress had been brought in, and personal items like shaving supplies were left in the bathroom. I returned to the unit with the police to check for signs of forced entry. Living at Vista Imperio has honestly been such a wonderful experience. From the very first day, the staff has been so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They really make you feel like you belong here. The leasing process was easy and stress-free, and any time I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond and always do an amazing job. The whole place is kept so clean and well cared for, and it’s clear they truly value their residents. Out of all the places I’ve lived, this has been my absolute favorite. I’m so grateful for my time here, and I’d recommend Vista Imperio to anyone looking for a beautiful, friendly, and well-managed place to call home.

5 stars is what they get from me!! Safe and secure place to live. They are very prompt to any request with your repairs. The management team Leo and Maria are very helpful.. kind..friendly. I recommend these apartments to live. Especially for UCR students..

Been here for 7yrs and I must say that I love the staff and management of this apartment. They always prioritize the residents. It has a safe and secure environment. Me and my family couldn’t have been in a better place. A wonderful place to call home
