Vista Gardens Apartments

I’ve lived here for a while and I must say the new girl in the office has really helped us out. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of two things. 1) The rent increases have changed and increased a lot and 2) Although their getting better at fixing this place from the outside, I wish they’d do some remodeling on the inside. Not huge changes but changes that’ll lead to me wanting to stay longer. Love the improvements just wish they’d fix more inside.

Wow..... if I could give zero star it would be a big FAT 0. Ok, Is it because of the Largest Latino community at Vista Garden apartments, that apparently, since nobody speaks up, because of the language barrier; is this suffice of a reason to have these tenants living like they are situated in a third world country. I mean these apartment building complexes are infested with rats and roaches. You are going to tell me that with the amount of rental income coming thru from these tenants; these buildings should be inspected monthly for termites infestation. The living condition in which these tenants are living is a shame to the COUNTY of FAIRFAX!!!!! This is horribly maintained!!! How can you be making so many millions off of rental money from your tenants and not have them in a humane envir

Vista Garden Apartments takes advantage of people who can’t speak English and who don’t know their rights. The owners should be ashamed of themselves!! They take advantage of less than fortunate people. The ceilings literally have 5 feet holes! They have the audacity to up the rent, but not fix ceilings in bathrooms that are coming down!

If your looking to rent in vista garden apartments STAY AWAY!! Sadly I have lived here my whole life but I am ready to move out there are huge rats the size of cats it’s infested of rats and cockroaches they climb up the bed and eat anything in site I hope the county demolishes these building they aren’t a healthy enviroment for humans

Worth place to leave at. You get tow 24/7 . And they dont have vistor spot . Ugh parking the worth thing around there ... plus they got mopeds parked in the street why? .
