Vista Energy Corridor

I’ve been living in these apartments for almost two years, and overall it has been a really good experience. Maintenance usually responds quickly, which I truly appreciate. We have been dealing with an issue with the air conditioner for a few months, but aside from that, it’s a very nice place to live. I would definitely recommend this community. The office staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. Good communication with them is important, and they’ve always been respectful.

Just wanted to give a update review on my stay at Vista Energy. I stay in the only 3 bedroom plan they offer and i really love the space .. and the convenience of the handicap parking. Thats only a few feet from my door . Also love the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. I also want to thank Cathy’s professionalism and always willing to accommodate or never the less take care of any issues i may in counter in an efficient time . Really appreciate a property manager that understands and can relate to REAL life issues instead of acting robotic and detached from circumstances. Also Linda And Korina great attitudes towards their residents always makes a pleasant experience going to the office for any of mine or my family’s needs . I had a wonderful experience at this property! Cathy was amazing! She is the best property manager I have come across on my search for a new apt. She was very informative, she had great energy and overall very helpful. Her energy combined with the beautiful units we toured definitely made it an easy decision for me. I will definitely be choosing this as my next home.

Rate of 4.5 I’ve lived at Vista Energy Corridor for over a year now, so I feel like I can give an honest review compared to a "brand new" tenants. The location is great, but keep in mind there are several schools nearby, so traffic can get a little heavy during drop-off and pick-up times but sounds convenient for parents. The entrance is clean and well-kept, though the signage light is pretty dim; I’ve actually driven past my turn a couple of times because of it. Security is taken seriously here. The gates have gone down a few times (maybe 3–4), but they’re usually fixed within a day or two. There’s also an Amazon hub for deliveries, which is super convenient. From the start, Linda in the Leasing Office made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. She addressed all my questions and concerns with such grace and professionalism, making me feel instantly comfortable. The management here is top-notch – they genuinely care about the residents and take real pride in maintaining a beautiful community.
