Vista Del Rey Apartments

I lived at Vista Del Rey for over 2 years and for a studio apartment, it was enjoyable. The location is mostly good (although parking can be a hassle if you don't want to pay $ for a reserved spot, especially when Stadium HS has events), the views are good. The building is solidly constructed so it felt very quiet. I always felt safe in this building and every interaction I had with the office staff was excellent - they are very kind and my move-out was smooth as well. I would recommend if you don't need amenities such as in-unit washer/dryer (which you won't find in most studios anyways I'm guessing)!

Signed my lease today and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Vista Del Rey home. Finesse, the apartment manager guided me through every step of the process, making me feel welcomed and at ease. She even had a welcoming gift for me when I moved in. The view from my apartment is spectacular! Thank you Finesse and Vista Del Rey!

Imagine someone waking up in a room with sunlight streaming through delicate marble lattice windows, casting soft shadows on intricate walls. They might be surrounded by the echoes of centuries of history, feeling the cool marble under their feet as they stroll around. They’d probably be marveling at the symmetry and the grandeur, feeling like they’re in a timeless, almost dreamlike place. It’d be quite the setting!

I’ve been a resident at VDR since 2020. This is a reasonably priced building, very pet friendly and in an excellent neighborhood. The building is older and gets the "landlord special" turnover treatment, but since the walls and especially floors are thick it has pretty good soundproofing from neighboring units. The machines in the laundry room are consistently broken but there's a really cute family-owned laundromat nearby. Secure package delivery hub, pet wash station and a gym-type space I've never entered. Parking is pretty easy to come by and is free in the lot behind the building and there are paid options available too. Updated on 5-28 to remove a rant about a former property manager. The atmosphere and upkeep and service have really improved since Kaylee and Karolina took over front office management. The vista has always been a lovely place to live, we've been very happy here for 15 years, but K&K have increased the quality of service and are very patient.
