Very happy to live in this apartment complex, specially now that the management is making a lot of improvements to the property, the place look nicer every day..! Unfortunately we still have tenants that are not catching "the improvement wave" and are still breaking the rules. although the management is actively monitoring these issues, we still have people being loud after 10:00pm inside the apartments or gathering outside in the parking lot also after hours. Kudos to the management, for a job well done..!

Management is very unprofessional and am speaking about MARIE ( tall lady) she is very rude towards residents and future residents, cars have gotten stolen inside the property so far more than 10 cars have gotten stolen including my car. Prices are NOT what they advertise at all its much more expensive and will only get worst now that they will start charging water, trash, and waste plus rent rise. I really don't recommend this apartments to live in at least 5 apartments will go vacant because of the absurd prices so again don't rent here its no worth it not to mention the apartments are very old and NOT maintained alwayshave to report problems within the apartment . Vista del Coronado is a good place to stay. I call it my home. It's very clean & safe. It is close to all the stores very convenient.

I don’t give them 5 because the hot water sometimes take a while to come out but other than that is a good place to live I haven’t seen any homeless and the 1 parking space is annoying but they are way better then the last management. The maintenance guy/ husband of the manager was so rude he would not fix anything and if we said something again he would come but super mad. Also the last management took me off the list of waiting for an extra parking spot after been there for 3+ years, I was the next in the list, because my sister let the dog out of the car for less then 10mins. I complain but they said they didn’t allow dogs in the whole apartment grounds, and the owner didn’t care at all. I think this new management is trying there best to make this a community where we respect and enjoy

My experience with management proved to be quite frustrating. I initially planned to move in on September 6th but was unable to obtain my keys until September 18th due to the apartment complex's training schedule, which resulted in an extended delay before I could actually move in. As a result I broke my lease and only stayed a month. To add to the frustration, I received an unjustified $40 cleaning fee despite never using the rooms, I had video evidence to confirm the cleanliness of the apartment when I left. The management decision to impose the cleaning fee was disappointing and felt unfair.
