Mary is a fantastic property manager & helped ease all my worries about my move in & move out process. She let me know about the mandatory carpet cleaning fee which will be deducted from the deposit regardless if it's spotless or not which came out to about $80. I was moving out of state and she was so helpful with trying to facilitate the sales of some of my items. I ended up in a mix of facebook marketplace sales + donations, but her thoughtfulness was very touching.

I was a responsible long term tenant (5+ years), always paid my rent on time, and respected my neighbors and the property. Towards the end of my tenancy, my rental rate was below market value, so they micromanaged me, excessively raised rent, and unfairly kept my security deposit upon move-out. I appealed their final accounting of the security deposit; my appeal included photos taken during move-in that clearly disputed what they claimed to be charging me for, yet they refused to return my deposit. I no longer live in that city nor do I have the time to dispute their decision in court, but their security deposit abuse and lack of appreciation for respectful, long term tenancy certainly deserves a negative public review. Beware.

Nice affordable housing....GREAT neighborhood

This is a nice clean property, located close to shopping and transit.
