Vista Castile

I’ve lived in this complex for about 4 years, I love the location, close enough to take a morning stroll with my partner to the coffee shops in Canyon Crest! A beautiful pool overlooking the golf course and incredibly nice neighbors that always greet you to a quick chat! The apartment itself is spacious, cozy and beautiful! The cherry on top is how amazing management runs things. Clint and his wife are incredibly kind, they ensure the utmost comfortability, and smooth sailing as far as applying & moving in! Eric, the maintenance man is very helpful and charismatic and on top of things at all times! Overall I’d say this is one of my favorite complexes I’ve lived in. I would absolutely recommend!

The cutest, quaintest complex in Riverside. It’s a small, family owned complex. So the experience is a lot more personal than living in a newer complex. I currently live here, and have for 5 years. I love it and am very happy here. Thank you Clint and Eric for keeping the place running so smoothly. The owners wife is nice too, I’m not sure her name- but thank you all!

Make sure you are making 3x the rent. Wanted information about the listing, was talked to like I was dumb. I get it, I am a young renter, but no need to be talking to me like I am incapable of living on my own. I was mostly qualified, but I only make 2.5x the rent. Rude old lady. She even was surprised I have a high credit score. Good luck out there.
