Vista Brooklyn

I moved in in August and the staff has been nothing short of amazing! Trey remembered me from an inquiry back in February and he has made my experience here so far seamless and wonderful! He is thoughtful, really cares about the residents and gets things done! The facility itself is also beautiful, I'd recommend the top two floors (or the first) as they have the stunning high ceilings. The dog park on the 8th floor is convenient and perfect for your furry friends. I have met a bunch of amazing neighbors so far, and I am so happy to live here!

Our experience living here has been great since we moved in a couple of months ago. The amenities are really good and always well kept, and the location is honestly perfect and super convenient. Mariah is amazing—she’s super friendly, always helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime you need something, she’s there. We’re really happy living here and would definitely recommend this place!

If I could give 10 stars I would! From the beginning, Trey, the assistant community manager, has been nothing but kind and helpful. His welcoming and caring personality shines through his assistance, and his energy was just so positive and inviting. In the lobby, I watched a dog with their owner wait patiently for him to finish talking to my husband just to be greeted by him! He gave us the most thorough and insightful tour of the entire building, and answered all of our questions.The building itself is so beautiful and peaceful, and my husband and I are thoroughly enjoying our stay. The maintenance crew are very helpful and prompt as well, and Mariah from the front desk was also exceptionally helpful and kind. UNKEMPT and POORLY MANAGED What started off as a seemingly promising property with a welcoming and competent staff soon proved to be a housing nightmare riddled with foul odors and pet feces. I was initially very excited to be moving to Vista Brooklyn: I loved the area, the high rise building style, and was very fond of my floor plan. The staff also appeared to be very friendly and Trey particularly seemed extremely accommodating, as I was only able to communicate and view the property remotely. However, once my lease was signed that all changed. On move-in day, Trey gave me a welcome folder (absent of my parking pass) and a faulty key fob (that left me unable to operate the elevators). Mariah, my leasing consultant, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Since I was relocating from out of state, Mariah went above and beyond by staying in regular contact and even sending me videos and pictures of available apartments so I could make an informed decision remotely. I can't recommend Vista Brooklyn enough—and a special shoutout to Mariah for being such a fantastic and supportive leasing consultant. She truly made the difference
