Vista at White Oak Apartments

I have had the most pleasant experience with the property manager Mrs. Pierce when filling out my annual recertification paperwork. She was patient and kind. She showed compassion and was also very professional. Finally, a property manager that cares for the tenants.

I don't recommend it. The rent is very expensive. If a problem arises, they play dumb, and the manager has a pessimistic character. There are many thieves who have stolen several packages from my door. My husband went to the office and told them, but they said they can't do anything about it. Drunk or drug addicts get drunk in the stands, and we already reported it to the office, but they say they can't do anything.

My name is Renee. I had called this morning 9/ 13/ 2024 at about 10:59am. A lady answered the phone. She was really professional. She had so much patience with me. She went above and beyond in helping me, making sure all my concerns were taking care off. It was just something about her. She give me so much hope. I was wondering who she was. So I asked, who am I speaking with? She then replied, I'm the Property manager. She was extremely professional and very helpful, from the beginning to the end. Having such a Property Manager, who so professional, and patience in helping others, and giving so much hope, is a PLUS. I'm recommending this Apartment complex to anyone who's looking for a place to stay. It's call VISTA AT WHITE OAK.

I want to give a big shout-out to the Vistas at White Oak employees, especially Sharonda Horton, the property manager. As a resident in this apartment complex, I am consistently impressed by her exceptional customer service. She is always respectful and truly knows how to take care of the residents. When I went to pay my monthly rent, the front desk clerk was busy at the time. However, Sharonda approached me with the utmost respect, inquired about my needs, and processed everything in a matter of seconds, allowing me to get to work on time. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from her.

Experienceable but people like to accomplish the wrong aggression of being forward towards their twin units like not taking care of having nothing to do but breathe.!
