Recently moved in 1/28/2026. A nice and well kept apartments so far, maintenance and office staff are nice and welcoming. Only issues I had was during the viewing, we got told that we didn’t have to pay first months rent on top of the deposit by Christina. After our application got approved, they said it would only be a $400 deposit + $275 move in fee but upon our move in appointment, they directed us to an email sent that they had sent that required the deposit, move in fee, and first months rent in order to receive keys, never once was this mentioned. The only mention was of my prorated 3 day rent for January. To keep noted, that was the selling point for the apartment as we don’t really have the funds for a big deposit at the time and we were in constant contact over the phone. So far

love my apt size and design of the exterior. Noah is the best. maintenance fixes everything in a day or two. rent is easy to pay online and very reasonably priced. leasing office has nice people. i'm the longest tenant here, April will be 14 years. I love all the cool events for the community.

Had the most painless experience getting my apartment at Visions. Let me tell you, I was ready to give up my search with how discouraged I was getting trying to find my dream home. Aden made this such an easy experience and I’m so excited to move in next month! What a beautiful community and apartments. You can really tell they take care of their property. I can’t rate these apartments low enough. My child died in my stomach here, I was assaulted on 2 separate occasions, and I was evicted afterwards. The office staff are careless, heartless and cruel. These people being Lauren, Denise, and Rosalia. They intentionally flooded my apartment (no one lived above me) & forced me into an impossible financial situation. I have a 9 month old child and this was a terrible, traumatizing experience.

I walked in without an appointment, feeling a bit confused and out of place as four people looked at me without acknowledging me. Just as I was about to leave, a young woman named Christina walked in with a customer and immediately greeted me. She kindly asked if I had been helped, and when I said no, she let me know she was wrapping up a tour and would assist me next. In the meantime, she offered me water and popcorn which was such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, I was ready to walk out, but Christina completely changed the experience for me. While availability at the property was limited, the apartments were beautiful, and the entire property was well-maintained. Christina was informative, funny, and remembered every detail I mentioned was important to me. She never pressured me to lease,
