Been here for three years—amazing company. They've always sent a plumber or handled maintenance quickly when needed. I've never had any issues. Thank you, Vision Realty! Just pay your rent on time and you’ll be fine. And if you ever need a couple extra days, they’re very understanding—as long as you communicate. The front desk lady is VERY nice, so I’m not sure where all the negative comments are coming from.

Upfront. never had any issues what so ever. Anything ever needs taken care off boom, done. Great interaction with me every time. Great info with surrounding area events when family visits. Honestly I truly enjoy my place and the interaction when I visit the office.

The woman at the front desk was very rude from the very start. We were told several different things and AFTER we made the SIX HOUR DRIVE to meet with her, she completely changed her mind on everything she had told us. She had an attitude the minute we walked in. I would suggest not dealing with them. They will tell you everything you want to hear, but completely change their minds after you’ve made the drive across the state to meet with them!!!!

Ask for Diane, She'll point you in the right direction, Pointing me to the Exit was the Right direction for me 🤐😎 Reading through Public Postings about them; I can put to bed suspicions of Personal Bias being the reason. Multiple Random Reviews establish a consistent Distasteful Experience likely to be Your outcome too. Simplified, I was better off Homeless than caught in their Web.
