I would not recommend moving here. The pool has been closed due to bacteria, and the same water has been sitting there for weeks without being properly cleaned. They haven’t even started working on cleaning it. The front entrance door is frequently broken, valet trash service has been removed, and I’ve had to kill several bugs in my unit — they appear to be silverfish coming through cracks in the walls. We also used to receive notifications about things happening in the building, but since new management took over, there has been little to no communication — even when serious issues are happening. It’s a decent place to live with nice amenities. I’ve noticed 6 small bugs maybe tiny roaches in my apartment over the span of three weeks, which has me concerned. But, I believe the apartment usually has pest control come frequently. It's also close it a lot areas.

1-25-26 Hi, Someone checked the unit (heater), they said the whole unit needs to be changed. (I think that was on Friday). They said the maintenance guy will have to decide if they would change the unit or not!! I am waiting to hear back from them. I’m using the space heater. It is not automatic. I have to turn it off every so often, to make sure it doesn’t break. In summary: 1. I’m waiting for the maintenance to approve that they would change my heating unit! 2. Yesterday the maintenance checked it and said he will bring me a filter and then will fix it. But he didn’t come back. I’m not sure what happened. I hope he’s well. 1.
