Vision Energy Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE. I need help. There is a man who lives in these apartments with me. He traps my car in almost everyday by blocking parking spots. After he was arguing with another resident he trapped in he followed me to my apartment for calling the police. I called due to their shouting. After contacting visions in regards to this issue nothing has been done. The office staff told me they COULD NOT GUARANTEE MY SAFETY. I have spoken to all the managers and gotten the same dull response. They are not helpful, kind or courteous. The addendum they sign for that they do not uphold. I would NEVER recommend living here. I had years of mold growth in my dishwasher after living here 6 months, they tried to tell me it was my job to remove and clean it. After unearthing it and speaking to a lawyer

Thank you for addressing the issues at the spa and grill areas. Unfortunately Issues constantly recurring and maintance is unable to keep up. Fire pit has gas leak for months and work orders unprioritized. Security issues with homeless traffic using facilities for resources and the pools to bath in, creating hostile TOXIC living and working environment for everyone. This place is a slippery slope.

I have only lived here for about a week but I wanted to rate my experience so far, the first time I came in for a tour Aden helped me and was very knowledgeable, he laid everything out and took the time to answer all of my questions. The application process was easy and since then, there haven’t been any surprises. On Monday we picked up our keys and let me just say, we are very happy with the apartment, the area is much better that what we’re used to, I’m still keeping my eye out for homeless activity but haven’t really seen anything, especially not compared to what we had at our last spot. I saw in a review someone mentioned they make you use their renters insurance and I wanted to clarify that we are using our own and there are no problems with it. We have family who live there and when we visit we are always happy with the curb apeal.. . The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. Always a pleasure when we visit.

***BEWARE RENTERS*** I had a very disappointing experience with Visons Apartments. During my time living there, our dishwasher broke, and instead of handling it as part of regular maintenance, the management charged us $500 for a new one. They added this charge to our rent bill and refused to accept any payment unless it included this additional fee. This unreasonable demand led to a dispute over rent payments, and they even took us to court over non-payment when we were willing to pay our rent, minus the unjust charge. Additionally, I want to warn potential renters about their so-called "renter's insurance." Visons Apartments requires you to use their insurance, which gives a false sense of security.
