Visconti at Westshore

I’ve lived here for a few years and would say it’s one of my favorite apartment complex’s in Tampa. There’s a few things that stand out to me but the first is the location and price. You’re right next to the mall, the airport, and multiple restaurants and activities in walking distance. The guest parking is a great perk since most places don’t have it and you risk towing or it’s pay $20 per day. It’s nice that family and friends are able to visit without having to worry about that and have a safe clean space to park. The amenities are great and actually work, and if something breaks maintenance is on it as soon as they can. That being said Joel from the maintenance team is one of my favorite. I’m moving to the area and just stopped in hoping to get some information. TYLER was extremely helpful and even accommodated me for a tour of the property! His helpfulness honestly made me want to move in right away! Visconti is lucky to have him at the front!

We have lived at Visconti for a couple of years now and from day one it’s been amazing. The entire office staff is so attentive and professional. They have always put the tenants FIRST going above and beyond for our needs. It’s such an amazing atmosphere, with food trucks and events. I also have to mention the maintenance and ground keeping staff. They keep the entire complex from common areas and pool in immaculate shape and any repair orders are addressed promptly…..Best part is all of this comes from the most courteous and professional people you will ever meet making this an amazing place to call home! I’ve really enjoyed living at Visconti at Westshore, especially because the maintenance team is top-notch. Every time I’ve submitted a work request, they’ve responded quickly, been friendly and respectful, and fixed the issue thoroughly. They make you feel like a valued resident rather than “just another tenant.” The apartment and complex itself are very clean and well-kept. The building feels safe, the parking garage is convenient (and a huge plus in hot weather), and common areas are always maintained. Even small things like light fixtures, minor repairs, or urgent requests are handled promptly. It’s rare to find a place where staff and maintenance do what they say but Visconti delivers. The maintenance crew at Visconti are great! always help in a timely manner and have great customer service. Today Billy came to fix our AC unit and was a great help, all the maintenance crew are. Things don't break often but when they do I can count on them to fix it in a timely manner, also they are very careful when you have pets in the home.
