I moved here to my current address from Rhode Island last September which this week marks my one year anniversary. During my time here I have been thru hurricane Milton, more like welcome to Florida greeting from Mother Nature, and have to say my home withheld the hurricane without any issues. I got into a beautiful 3 bedroom home here in Palm Coast, Florida and could not be happier with everything. The property manager have been very proactive and responsive to any issues I have found during my time here. I rent and could not be happier with the home owner or the property manager. I worked with Alina Pekarsky from Virtual Home for several properties in the time I moved from NYC to Florida. The deal on moving was very complicated (1031) with a lot of limits in time and IRS restrictions. Alina was dealing with a contractor, title company, inspection and executed the deal in the best possible way. She is very professional, understands customer needs and works in the best possible way for the customer. I would like to underline that she is very reliable and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. Alina will be my agent for sure for new RE projects in Palm Coast. I cannot say enough about this company and the wonderful ladies who work there. Kseniya and Anna have absolutely gone above and beyond for us from a stress free, fast move in to being available with any issues. I am so grateful for these amazing people, my gorgeous home and wonderful company. They are truly a blessing! If you are looking for a place to rent then look no further. We had an okay tenancy with this company (responsiveness and maintenance wise) up until move out. Upon signing our lease initially, Kseniya suggested we use Obligo to avoid a large security deposit. She assured us that Obligo acted as an "insurance policy" to cover any costs at move out up to a certain amount. It turns out Obligo does not, you pay them thousands of dollars to be a place holder that actually doesnt cover anything and you still have to pay any charges out of pocket at the time of move out. In our case, we actually paid more to Obligo than we would have just paying the fees upfront through VHR. When we explained this to Kseniya and Laura, we were told we shouldve read the fine print (which they are 100% right, we took Kseniya at her word and that was our mistake.) It wou

They were very helpful when we were stuck with an unreasonable landlord (with another agency) and found a really nice home for a good price. This landlord was great, because he agreed to go month to month lease with us while we're waiting for our home to be built and completed. They've been a very responsive when we had questions and took care of things quickly. We are finally will be into our new home after 42 months are now getting ready to move out and they have been very helpful and prompt with explaining what we need to do to get our security deposit back. In particular, Lynette Crews has been extremely helpful and polite during our year with them, as well as Kseniya our property manager.
