Viridium

I was truly impressed with Viridium on my initial tour and decided that this place would be home. I am so happy with my decision. The upkeep of the grounds/apartments are wonderful. The front office staff are kind, receptive, helpful, and look to always make the community a welcoming place. You can truly tell that Nicole, Abbie, Amy and the maintenance staff look to keep the community organized, safe, and uplifted with community events and great customer service. I love living at the Viridium!

We had a great experience working with Amy during my son’s recent move-in process. She was knowledgeable, organized, and thorough in explaining the agreement details, community policies, and amenities, making the entire process clear and straightforward. On move-in day, I had the opportunity to meet her in person and was equally impressed. She was professional, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring everything was ready and that the transition into the apartment went smoothly. We truly appreciate her help in making this a positive experience.

Nicole and her staff at the Viridium Apartments in Woodbridge, VA are amazing! They go out of their way to ensure their residents are accommodated and comfortable in every way. The customer service and hospitality are top notch. They do what it takes to make sure the residents are treated the way they need to be. What I enjoy most is that the hallways are clean all the time, always fresh floors being done every day, and the gaming room, movie room, and clubhouse have plenty of things you can do that are enjoyable to people of all ages.

I’ve had such a great experience at Viridium Apartments! The community is welcoming and the events they put on really make it feel like home. The Paint & Sip was especially fun and a perfect way to connect with neighbors. A special shoutout to Nicole for her amazing customer service—she goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and engaged. Highly recommend

The building is well taken care of by the hard working employees there. It’s very convenient place to live, close to a lot of stores and restaurants, and places near I-95 and Route 1. They have a 2 dog parks and they have a mini free library, they very much care for you and your loved ones.
